Thank you for the response Suzanne, I will definitely look into information technology. Still, the cut-offs I'chiliad referring to are displayed on the computer-- I haven't yet encountered this problem when press. Practise you retrieve this points to an issue unrelated to printer settings?

Hullo Baqir,
Thank y'all for sharing the experience with us.
The printer driver may incorrectly substitute screen fonts at certain view percentages. If y'all modify the printer drive, yous may notice deviation. And then you may endeavour post-obit and see if you still meet the documents cutting off line of words:
Open up your document in Word, click File>Print>expand the Printer listing and so select a different priner, so become back to the certificate to cheque the issue.
Y'all may also endeavor following:
1.Alter the zoom percentage in Word, it might trigger fonts to show completely.
2.Change the font. This helps y'all cheque if consequence only appears when you employ a specific font.
If consequence persists, I'd like to confirm information below for further troubleshooting:
1.Do all documents which are fabricated from those template have this issue?
What about if you lot directly create a new document in Word?

Equally Tina suggests, this may be a Zoom issue. If the top of text is cut off in whatsoever location, it could exist that the paragraph is prepare to an Exactly setting that is too pocket-sized for the text size. It could also be that an invisible floating object is obscuring the text (run into http://wordfaqs.ssbarnhill.com/UnaccountablyIndented.htm).

Hey Tina,
The template was only drafted and made bachelor to the rest of the team this week, so I cannot say for sure that this issue will be seen in all drafts made from the template. Information technology has, yet, occurred in two split up documents already. I think it'southward also useful to notation that the texts cutting off take then far been Headings (larger font size, can expand/collapse). Here are examples screenshots:

Is the text in tabular array cells? At least part of it appears to be, judging from your screen shots. If the table rows have a stock-still tiptop, that could cut off the text. Likewise, you lot have to wait at the line spacing for text paragraphs, as Suzanne suggested in her answer.
